A Construction document is the final key document in the Interior Design phase following Programming, Space Planning, Schematic Design and the Design Development phases. It includes but not limited to architectural plans, elevations and sections. As well as schedules showing the breakdown of the materials and finishes (the Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment – “FF&E”). It also includes the location of placement and installation, costs and more.
The Construction Document is your core guiding document. We will work directly with you to produce a complete binder with all of the necessary elements required to implement the plans and to bring to fruition the vision of the project.
