Programming: Definition of the project, including on-site survey and documentation of specific facility requirements.
Space Planning: Development of space plans based upon the requirements established in the Programming Phase.
Schematic Design: Development of schematic design concepts,
drawings/plans color/finish samples, and preliminary furniture/equipment selections.
Design Development: Documentation of final concept drawings/plans, color/finish
selections, and furniture/equipment selection.
Construction Document: Development of construction drawings and specifications
required for the build-out of the project, engineering/consultant and review, and governmental approval.
Construction Administration: Attend regularly scheduled job progress meetings, review
shop drawings and other submittals, field observation and
clarification, coordination with consultants and vendors, develop punch list.
Product Specification: Development of specification for furniture, finishes, and
Coordination equipment for the project and coordinate with the respective
vendors.
Custom Millwork Design: Development of concepts and design development
drawings for custom millwork/furniture and coordinate with the respective fabricators.
